摘要: LED灯具加速老化过程中,为获得最小截止时间,对其寿命进行快速预估,本文采用5阶滑动平均误差方法分析数据。选用同批次的16个样本,分别进行80℃和85℃应力条件下的加速老化。对于该类LED灯具,80℃时最小截止时间为1104小时,寿命预估误差为1.15%;85℃时最小截止时间为936小时,寿命预估误差为1.24%。

摘要:

本文论述了我国发光二极管(LED)照明产业高端制造装备的已有成就和存在的问题,分析了我国LED照明产业高端制造装备所面临的机遇和挑战,提出我国LED照明产业高端制造装备自主发展的战略目标,并从形成LED照明产业生态的视角,研究成立国家制造装备创新平台、完善市场化运作机制、构建创新驱动发展的政策环境和公平竞争的市场环境等战略路径。

广角均匀照明效果的灯具设计

摘要:

设计了圆环型的灯心结构,在期望张角处布置反射光线照度峰值的办法,得到了表达所期望镜面的一 阶二次微分方程。经过数值求解和函数拟合,确定了球冠结构的反射侧面。当在球冠下方加装圆锥型镜面之后, 进一步提高了广角内的照度均匀度。设计方案将90°张角内的照度不均匀度从设计前的65%改善到了±15%之内。

随着人们对照明品质要求的提高,全光谱发光二极管(LED)照明成为发展热点。本文对全光谱 LED 用关键材料——荧光粉进行了详细分析,对比了每种体系的发光性能并给出了各类型的代表材料,重点阐述了紫光–近紫外光激发的多种颜色荧光粉的优劣势、研究进展以及实际应用情况可重点突破适合紫光–近紫光激发高光效和高热稳定性的宽谱蓝粉、青粉、黄绿粉、黄粉、长波红粉以及单一基质白光荧光粉的制备和应用技术,开发与现有应用产品体系相匹配的高效及连续化制备技术,由此促进全光谱 LED

Solar photovoltaic fed dual input LED lighting system with constant illumination control

摘要: A dual input LED lighting scheme with constant illumination is proposed in this paper. The scheme employs a photovoltaic array as the first input and a battery as the second one. A microcontroller is programmed to operate a changeover switch as well as a DC-DC converter for uninterrupted and constant illumination in work place. The scheme is suitable for conference halls, laboratories, clean rooms, marriage halls, theaters, etc. The complete modeling, design and experimentation of the proposed scheme are explained and the economic viability of the scheme is justified.

Dymola-based multi-parameters integrated optimization for high speed transfer system of LED chip sorter

摘要:

To enhance the performance of high speed transfer system of LED chip sorting equipment, its control parameters need to be well matching with the mechanical system. In practical issues, it is difficult and time-consuming work to get these parameters matched because their selection is strongly depended on individuals. In current work, an integrated optimization method was carried out to solve this problem, in which the multiple control parameters optimization, modeling and simulation were included, i.e., a multi-domain model of transfer system performed on Dymola platform. Based on this model, the searching area of the key control parameters was narrowed by performing integrated optimization. After that a group of parameters were selected from this narrowed area to perform the equipment’s controls. The result showed this method possesses a simple and reliable nature. The optimal solutions also indicated that the optimized control parameters can well satisfy the requirements of transfer system. On the other hand, it greatly reduced the engineering adjustment time by using this method.

Research and Practice of Meta-synthesis Management for the Government-led Urban Complex Construction

摘要: This paper researches the overall construction target of government-led urban complex construction projects based on the perspective of sustainable urban development.In order to achieve benefit maximization, the meta-synthesis management for the government-led urban complex construction project is studied.In order to combine theory and practice, several typical government-led urban complex construction project cases, such as Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center and Guangzhou International Financial City etc. areexamined. These examples point to thefeasibility of government-led meta-synthesis management and demonstrate the benefits that can be achieved through this model.

Flexible resonant tank for a combined converter to achieve an HPS and LED compatible driver

摘要: High pressure sodium (HPS) lamp has been widely used in street lighting applications because of its maturity, reliability, high lighting efficiency, long life-time, and low cost. Light emitting diode (LED) is expected as the next generation lighting source due to its continuously improving luminous efficacy, better color characteristic, and super long life-time. The two lighting sources may coexist in street lighting applications for a long time. A novel HPS and LED compatible driver is proposed which is rather suitable and flexible for driving HPS and LED in street lighting applications. The proposed driver combines the LLC and LCC resonant circuits into a flexible resonant tank. The flexible resonant tank may change to LLC or isolated LCC circuit according to the lighting source. It inherits the traditional HPS and LED drivers’ zero voltage switching (ZVS) characteristics and dimmable function. The design of the proposed flexible resonant tank considers the requirements of both HPS and LED. The experiments of driving HPS and LED on a prototype driver show that the driver can drive the two lighting sources flexibly with high efficiency.

Effects of red and blue LEDs on

摘要: The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of red and blue LEDs on growth and microtuberization of potato ( ) single-node cuttings. Explants were incubated under 6 light treatments: 100% red LEDs (R), 75% red LEDs+ 25% blue LEDs (3RB), 50% red LEDs+ 50% blue LEDs (RB), 25% red LEDs+ 75% blue LEDs (R3B), 100% blue LEDs (B) and white LEDs (W). Most of the growth and physiological parameters were significantly higher in 3RB than W. Enhancement of leaf area and chlorophyll concentrations were obtained in B. Leaf stomata were elliptical with the lowest density in 3RB. However, those in W were round in shape, and those with the smallest size and the highest density were observed in R. Most of the characteristics of microtuberization were also improved in 3RB. The combined spectra of red and blue LEDs increased the number of large microtubers. The fresh weight of individual microtubers in R and W were increased, but not their number. These results suggest that, of the treatments assessed, 3RB is optimal for the growth of potato plantlets and the combination of red and blue LEDs is beneficial for microtuberization.

General framework and case study of China’s LED industry

摘要: How latecomers from emerging countries catch up on technological innovation is an important topic for industrial practitioners, policymakers, and academic researchers. This study systematically reviews 37 empirical studies on the precursors of industry catch-up in emerging countries. A general framework on what makes a successful catch-up in latecomer industries is suggested based on literature review. The framework comprises six generic determinants, including technological capability, business ecosystem, government roles, market condition, technological regime, and windows of opportunity. In addition, this framework is applied to the Chinese LED industry, and a case analysis of the catch-up is performed in Chinese LED firms.

稀土元素(REE)是设计和开发可持续能源应用的重要金属。从富含稀土元素的废物流中回收这些元素对实现独立、可持续的未来能源供应至关重要。本研究比较了从绿灯荧光体LaPO4:Ce3+,Tb3+回收稀土元素的两种机制:在湿法冶金酸浸工艺前与溶剂冶金机械化学浸出工艺前的机械活化机制。稀土元素浸出率在机械活化后增加60%,完成机械化学浸出工艺后增加98%。高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HR-TEM)成像揭露了系统元素浸出率增加的原因:浸出与浸出模式的改善可归因于晶体形态从单晶体到多晶体的转变。多晶形材料的雏晶尺寸减小至纳米级,使化学单元出现不规则填充,导致晶体内缺陷颗粒边界的增加,从而增强浸出工艺。发明了一种溶剂冶金法将机械活化与浸出工艺结合成一个步骤,这有利于降低运营成本。其结果是简单、高效的工艺提供了更加绿色的荧光体废物回收替代途经。
